Now that Michigan has beaten Ohio State, it's clear that the Buckeyes will not be advancing to the playoffs. So will the Michigan Wolverines be advancing to play the Ducks, or I've heard that the Penn State Nittany Lions might as well? I found an ESPN article that explains who might go up against Oregon but it's unclear who really is now that Ohio State is out.

CBS Sports says Penn State will play UO following Ohio State's loss. CBS will be broadcasting the game.

This is correct, it is important to note that Oregon will be playing in the BIG 10 championship game, not the college football playoffs. Oregon and Penn State will both make the college football playoffs with a win or loss, this game decides only who will get a bye week and automatically advance to the second round.
