This claim is true. Octopus is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which are very beneficial for cardiovascular health. Omega 3's are healthy fats, that are proven to reduce inflammation, and reduce buildup in arteries. Octopus is also low in fat and calories, but high in protein. According to multiple other sources, such as the American heart health association, the unsaturated healthy fats found in octopus is great for lowering cholesterol and the risk of heart disease.

While the claim is in fact true, you didn't provide any sources to back up your statement that the claim is true. You said that "multiple other sources" back up the claim but you only mentioned one. And while that is reputable source, stating what that article claims and providing where they got their information would add more bulk to your argument and back up your statement.

Octopus is beneficial for heart health as it contains healthy fats. Fats such as omega-3 help decrease the levels of LDL and increase levels of HDL which is considered good cholesterol. LDL increases risk of heart disease so the decrease omega-3 causes makes octopus good for heart health.

It should be noted that the authors claim was, "While studies continue to look into potential benefits of eating octopus, many point to the health-boosting effects found in its nutrients — including some that our diets often lack." As mentioned before, there are health-boosting effects. The second part of the claim is also true. People, especially those aged 1-19, tend to have lower omega-3 consumption.

I agree with your comment. Your sources are from verifiable, trustworthy research-based sources and contribute to your central idea well. It might also be helpful to mention that while Omega-3 fatty acids have many proven health benefits, these acids can be found in many other sources that are both more accessible and cheaper, including flaxseeds, plant oils, and salmon oil as seen in this source:

Great job on your answer to this claim. Your answer simplified the science into very good contexts, making it easy for the reader to understand and not get too lost in words. Your citing of sources was also very helpful to see where your information was coming from. These sources are also very reputable and trustworthy when it comes to sciences.
