They’re still trying to find the person that committed the crime. This happened in New York city. Just yesterday, I saw something similar on TikTok.

This claim is true. According to AP News, "The words deny, defend and depose were found emblazoned on the ammunition, echoing a phrase used by insurance industry critics,” Two law enforcement officials confirmed that those words were written on the bullets found on the scene of the UnitedHealthcare CEO shooting in permanent marker. Many other news outlets also reported on this claim including ABC News, expressing that "evidence collected from the scene of the shocking shooting include shell casings with the words "deny," "defend" and "depose" written on them"
