Hi there! It seems relatively clear that the accused perpetrator, Audrey Marie Schneider, did what is described in the article (she was involved in a chase with the police and ended up hitting non-police vehicles and assaulting an officer). This is corroborated by the many video links in the article (which show her doing what is written) and other articles on the same topic. With that said, this event does not have very much media coverage outside of local news sources and the New York Post. It is most likely not misinformation!
