This claim can't be verified yet. According to the NBC article you linked, the trial was funded by Eli Lilly, which makes Zepbound. Also, the article goes on to say that the results haven't been peer-reviewed yet. Based on the source credibility issues and the fact that the trial's results haven't been independently verified, it's too early to tell whether Zepbound is better for weight loss than Wegovy.

Very good work investigating who funded the trial and the link to Zepbound!

This claim is valid. According to The Well by Northwell, "Zepbound is better for weight loss than Wegovy. Studies have shown that tirzepatide can cause more substantial weight loss than semiglutide, and this is likely because it works in two ways rather than just one."

This article could possible be true, but yet can be verified. However in the article that I found by CNN Health, Eli Lilly, the creator of Zepbound, done a trial with patients who were obese or overweight with 751 patients and he plans to publish the results from his clinical trial in a peer-reviews journal next year and give a presentation at a medical meeting next year.

however aside from the argument of his clinical trial test his two main ingredients that mimic the effects of a gut hormone, GLP-1. In an article I found are both "prescription medicines used with diet and excursive to treat people with type 2 diabetes or help people lose weight and maintain weight loss."

Tirzepatide is also approved by the FDA, and semaglutide is approved to reduce the risk of serious heart problems.

There only simply isn't enough information just yet for this to be improved entirely.
