Elon Musk trolled President Joe Biden on X after Hunter Biden’s pardon, sharing a community note mocking the president's previous post that said, “No one is above the law.” Soon after, a Threads post falsely claimed Musk threatened "anyone glorifying" the pardon "will be suspended from X permanently." There’s no evidence Musk made such a statement.

This statement is true, Musk came out and said "No one is above the law" referring to Biden and his pardon of his son. A false threads post was spreading false information saying Musk had threatened to ban users who were celebrating the pardon. Musk has a big target on his back as we openly shares his political stance supporting president Trump.  This post is a trustworthy source coming from a student of USC communications and journalism.
