As the press tour for her latest movie, "Wicked", kicks off, audiences have been commenting on the pop-stars body. With people calling her look disturbing and unhealthy, people are disregarding the fact that Grande has had an extremely thin figure for the entirety of her career. Due to the blonde hair and low-contrast makeup looks in the movie for Galinda, Grande does look different than her usual self, but this is due to bleach and new makeup. Why should audiences have any right to comment on someone's body and call it disturbing?

This claim has a biased opinion with no real evidence to determine whether or not she has an eating disorder. The article discusses how much of a thin figure Ariana Grande had developed and brings in other examples of actors and actresses who have lost tons of weight for their roles. The author contradicts themselves by talking about how it's not necessarily right to talk on women's bodies but then discusses Ariana's weight. I found an article by Distractify discussing a tik tok she posted about her weight loss. She had said it was due to a healthier diet and a happier life with her husband. So, Ariana is the only person who knows the true reason for her drastic weight loss and everyone else's articles and opinions are most likely biased due to their own personal feelings about her.

It is unknown if Ariana Grande has an eating disorder, but it can not be determined by the media. If Ariana Grande does it can only be proven via her or her healthcare provider. According to some sources I have found that weight loss can occur for several reasons, and not just an eating disorder. She could be facing an array of medical issues that none of us would know about, or she could be completely healthy. Overall, it is not the media's job to determine if she has an eating disorder or not, or to even assume such. Previously actor Chadwick Boseman was deemed for starting drugs due to a video that showed severe weight loss, but it was unknown that he was battling cancer, which he has sadly passed from. It is not safe to assume someone else's medical conditions.

Ariana Grande may or may not have an eating disorder, but you never know what a person is going through, especially a celebrity, what they go through. It may be her health that makes her look that way, or it can be something else's I read an article from Yahoo, and it was saying how it can just be about a lot of stress or food, working a lot, and not giving your body a break
