Joe Biden posted to social media that "no one is above the law" and later reposted it with the word "SIKE."

This claim seems to be false. The claim is based on a doctored screen shot of Joe Biden’s actual tweet posted on May 31, 2024 which reads “No one is above the law.” There is no existing response to this tweet by Joe Biden, and no tweet on his account that reads “SIKE.” Likely, this image was doctored in response to Biden pardoning his son, Hunter Biden, on December 1, 2024. This is likely since the date of the false tweet in the screenshot reads “12/1/2024” and Biden’s statement regarding the pardoning was put out on the same day. While it is true that Biden posted a tweet saying “No one is above the law,” he did not respond to it saying, “SIKE” on the first of this month.

Great job looking into the original source of the claim. Interesting how a simple screen shot can be fabricated. Link to not only the original tweet to give context but also to the statement from the website was very informative!
