Elon Must posted: It's disgusting how everyone is turning the insurance healthcare CEO killer into a folk hero. Insurance companies, like any company, have a duty to shareholders to maximize profits no matter how ruthlessly.

This cannot be fact checked because it is merely Elon Musk's opinion on the matter. There are no concrete facts that support whether or not it is right or wrong to praise a murderer and anybody's thoughts on the matter is all opinion based and includes a lot of personal bias. Also, the source provided is a social media site similar to twitter which are usually not credible sources and any claims taken from them should be taken with a grain of salt regardless.

This claim is false. The screenshot of the post is fake and also marked as misleading on Bluesky. USA Today confirmed that there is "no record of Musk post defending insurance companies." The article expresses that during the post’s timestamp of 5:23 am ET Elon Musk posted about the Republican Representative Dan Meuser instead.
