This is completly a false statement with misleading evidence to back it up.  For one, they used a social media post to prove their claim, which no one should use as a reliable resource when getting information.  Additionally, the video being used in the post looks to not even be actual camera footage but from a video game of some kind, as the graphics are not realistic.  The video is also blurry, and you can't see anything that directly proves a Russian drone is in the video, let alone targeting a school bus. While the Russians do use drones in their fighting tactics they are mostly targeting things like their gas and military which is a common target during a war like Russia is in right now with Ukraine rather than wasting their materials on a school bus. It is also a war crime to target civilians who are the only passengers of school buses and even worse usually children. Below is an article on a Russian attack on a gas infrastructure from a more reliable source with quotes and evidence to back up their claim that didn't come from a social media post.

This post is not factual, starting with the fact that this post is based on a social media post. No one should be using a social media post to prove that a claim is true. The video looks to be filmed on a phone camera recording a television screen that doesn't seem like an in-person feed; instead, it looks like it is out of a video game. This video has no proof of who is involved even though the reporter states it was a Russian drone. In this situation during the Ukraine and Russia war, it is seen as a war crime to bomb civilians. In past years, Russia used drones to attack the military, not civilians. After doing research, I could not find anything similar to this post. With all of the media that is out on the Ukraine war, there should be some evidence to back up this claim, which is why I believe it is false.
