The Huffington post was community noted on X after calling Daniel Penny “accused” instead of “acquitted”. The title of the article is misleading about the gravity of the situation and includes highly biased language, as does the article itself, but the claim is accurate. However, the article further claims that the community note called the tweet “purposefully misleading” and provided further context about the situation, which is not what the current community note on the Huffington post article says.
