This is True. Justin Trudeau did say this in his speech at the National Forum. While this is what he said it may be misinformation about the general meaning of his speech.

This is false. The few sources that reported on this have questionable reliability. There is also no full video of this speech, only this small segment. This video is likely AI generated or altered.
