This claim on InfoWars states that millions of people were stunned by this bizarre formation in the night sky. In no way could I find any evidence that supports the idea that millions of people were stunned by this.

While there has been multiple reports of an 'etheral' spiral in the sky seen from multiple countries, the phenomenom actually turns out to be the effect of a recent SpaceX rocket launch.

"The shape of the spinning spiral is akin to that of a spiral galaxy, but it’s a frozen plume of fuel from the second stage of a Falcon 9 rocket reflecting the sun’s light from below the horizon. The rocket was in the upper atmosphere and spinning at the time — possibly because at least two satellites were being deployed — causing a spiral shape to be seen."

As explained in the Forbes, Part of the rockets launch stage is what had caused the event.

The website known as "InfoWars" is notoriously known for producing fake news and is a news outlet for far right conservatives. There is no reputable news sources connected with this independent website. Therefore, anything found on here must be taken with caution and not for certain fact without any evidence to back it. The source of information comes form a variety of posts on social media. People have video evidence showing the pictures in the sky that represent a blue spiral. However, the fact that this figure is "etheral" is inherently false. Many reputable sources such as the New York Times confirm a SpaceX launch that caused the scene and there is nothing extraterrorestrial involved. Unless there are scientists or physisists that are able to back up the claim that it was linked to some unknown life form, there is no evidence that this blue spiral came from anything other than the SpaceX launch. Here are some sources that confirm the figures seen in the news article by InfoWars being related to the launch:
