The source is trustworthy nonetheless as these are prominent and credible researchers at reputable institution. Furthermore, after researching the title, there are various other articles about this new color suggesting that this research is in fact true. The exaggeration stems from the prompt and the color being found in the Amazon rainforest which did not happen.
