It is pretty unmistakable in the video that Emmanuel Macron was shoved/slapped by his wife. The video was apparently confirmed to be genuine, with Macron himself also acknowledging their validity to reporters as written about in CNN's article on the situation. However, due to the framing of the video denying us context, it is unclear whether this was playful or the result of a heated argument. The associated article to the video linked by The Sun, known for exaggerating content and having overall low credibility, makes it out to be a huge deal, calling it "bizarre," "jaw-dropping," and "unbelievable." They comment on how shocked the President looks, even though you can't really tell his expression with the video having been taken at some distance. This is likely just to sensationalize the situation. According to CBS and CNN, Macron and two associates told reporters the exchange was harmless and good-natured. Looking at the supposed overreaction of the media to this incident in the context of other recent attacks on Macron's character, such as claims of him using cocaine which turned out to be tissues, it is suggested that the reaction to this short video clip was simply people who are opposed to his political efforts grasping at straws to hurt his reputation.

This comment shows all your resources and also includes links so we can find where you found these answers. You explained the situation well and used different resources to back yourself up. Looking at the articles myself, I was able to find everything you said in your answer. The only thing I'd say to include is using quotation marks after according to CBS and CNN. The only reason I say this is because we don't know if everything after is based on the article or if it's your own words.

This comment displays the physical evidence (the video), the analysis on it and more credible sources. It is as the commenter stated unmistakable that both Macron was pushed and that it was his wife whose red sleeve was seen pushing him and her red outfit was displayed as she exited the plane. Great citing all of these sources are reputable and you gave fantastic analysis of the situation to enforce it being accurate and truthful
