This claim appears to be true, as evident in the original report posted by KOIN on June 14th, 2025. The article states "In addition, police said they arrested three people, two of them for allegedly assaulting a peace officer in separate incidents". Though the original article doesn't mention anything about explosives, it does note that "Just before 11 p.m., officers arrested another protester after police said they saw them throwing a rock at the building". However, a second article from the New York Post states that "some in the crowd hurled fireworks". AllSides reveals that KOIN is a legitimate news source, who usually reports in the center, relatively unbiased content.
