In my research, I have found that Russian warplanes have committed serious airspace violations, leading to NATO stepping up aerial surveillance in the Baltic Sea and a series of condemnations of Russian violations of international airspace. However, the main concern for the countries is how to balance firm airspace rules and at the same time, avoid armed conflict with Russian forces, leading to the solution to be to put more pressure on Russia to end the war.
The primary source that I found was a public statement made by the European Union OSCE Permanent Council No. 1533 in Vienna on September 11, 2025. In this statement, they publicly and very strongly condemned Russia's actions and promised to work to end the war, as well as to support countries affected by these air space violations like Poland.

For secondary sources, I found an Associated Press article "Airspace violations force NATO to tread a tightrope, deterring Russia without hiking tensions," published September 29, 2025, stating that NATO is increasing aerial surveillance on the Baltic Sea, as well as increasing material support for Denmark's arial forces. Also, the European Union is divided on how to handle the situation, with many claiming that Russia is testing the boundaries of what the EU might do; Poland claims lethal force is necessary, while other members believe it should be a last resort only. Another Associated Press article, "Russian jets over Estonia ignored signals from NATO pilots, officials say," proved more of the claims of this article about Russia's aggressive behavior and defiance of international law.

AP News is one of the oldest and most trusted factual news sources available today, and even though they are not a perfect source of information their main goal is to provide accurate, unbiased information as close to the truth as possible.
My other source was the European Union spokesperson themselves, who convey messages directly from officials within the European Union, and so is therefore the best primary source available to prove some of these claims.
The individual's sources are trustworthy, as they are from Reuters, a news organization that is also dedicated to distributing unbiased news. From Reuters alone, these claims are proved to be true. With additional evidence from AP and the statement from the EU, there are three reputable sources to fact-check these claims as true.
The only thing I can think of as undermining this claim could be the wording of this post which is a bit dramatizing, but other than that the claim is factually accurate and I can't find any misleading info or misinformation.
