As of right now this is all accusations but as of right now there has been a confession and Apology. The women is actually named Laura Yourex and she publicly apologized for her actions that actually did expose flaws in the voting system. She allegedly casted ballots in her dogs name and was able to register her dog to vote. She did this in the 2021 recall election and the 2022 primary elections.  However in 2022 her dog's registration to vote was investigated and denied because she was not able to show proof of residency for her pet. She has also made multiple social media posts with her dog wearing the "I voted" sticker and letting her followers know about her dog's participation at the polls.
