Article claims that 59% of cyber employees use "shadow AI"

I was reading an article that claimed that shadow AI is more prominent in cyber workforces than we think. After a survey taken with 1,000 employees, 59% stated they use shadow AI to help with work. Out of the executives and senior managers who took the survey, 93% said they use shadow AI.

The percentage of a data breach using shadow AI is higher than that of sanctioned AI, and the fine is higher too. I was wondering if these numbers were true, and if these tech companies use as much shadow AI as is claimed in the article. I'm asking because the website doesn't seem 100% trustworthy.
