Although Trump has signed to re-open the government, financial problems still arise from the shutdown. Congress has only passed 3 bills so far regarding federal spending, but still have many more to consider. Everything else is only temporarily funded until the 30th of January, and all include issues that are much more complicated, such as military spending, labor, education, and more. If there is no deal before January, another government shutdown may be necessary.
