Scientists accidentally figured out a cancer-curing medicine. Hydralazine is a medication typically used for high blood pressure. This medicine targets a crucial enzyme that acts as an oxygen sensor. This enzyme steps in and protects cells when oxygen levels are low. Tumor cells can typically survive in lower oxygen environments by using the ADO enzyme. Hydralazine binds to ADO and shuts down the system, stopping the growth of more cancer cells.

While the claim "fast-growing cancer could be slowed by common blood pressure drug" seems to be true, the study of ADO inhibitors that solely target glioblastomas is still in very early development. An article published on Penn Today, the University of Pennsylvania's official news page, discusses how postdoctoral researcher Kyosuke Shishikura is among one of the researchers to discover that the "common blood pressure drug" Hydralazine has an effect on brain tumors. Hydralazine is a drug commonly used for pre-eclampsia and hypertension by treating high blood pressure. It was shown during the study that the drug does this through blocking the oxygen-detecting enzyme "ADO", which is used by glioblastoma cells to continue growth without sufficient oxygen. This article is corroborated by the study itself, "Hydralazine inhibits cysteamine dioxygenase to treat preeclampsia and senesce glioblastoma", which is peer-reviewed and published on multiple accredited medical journals and cites, including Science Advances and The National Library of Medicine.

I think this is true based off other sources that I've found regarding this blood pressure drug also the article isn't giving a definite answer regarding the treatment so it's not lying its saying there is a chance that this blood pressure med could slow down an aggressive form of cancer and kill it off by reducing the oxygen it needs to spread. Hydralazine inhibits cysteamine dioxygenase to treat preeclampsia and senesce glioblastoma | Science Advances This source right here completely backs up the original claim and gives more details on what the future of using the medication could mean.

Rather than say "based off other sources" it's better to cite them in-line. For instance, this is a true statement based on CNN, ABC News, and Reuters who all reported that...". Also I have the same input on saying "This source right here." That source should be spelled out Thanks!
