I did a fact check on this and found it to be false. The Euromaidan protests in Ukraine were caused by Ukrainians protesting corruption, connected to government connnections with Russia. While the US did back the idea of a political change, there is no evidence that Obama set up a coup. Additionally, Hunter Biden's role on the board of Burisma had nothing to do with the US government. Victoria Nuland was a US Assistant Secretary of State and was not installed in Ukraine. This source, a statement made by Obama calls for a peaceful resolution. It shows that the White House was open to finding solutions and was not planning anything like a coup.

This report on Hunter Biden and Burisma shows the timeline of Hunter joining Burisma's board.
