It is not guaranteed, only speculations. This problem has occurred for decades and has never caused any overwhelming problems. The farthest they are speaking of going is to fine the team. For example, in the article linked, the SEC was one of the first targets for this 'issue'. Also, social media has a way of skewing the narrative into something it is not. I will not be convinced on topics unless it comes from the main source. As of now, nothing about this has come up from any NCAA, ESPN, or CFP committees.

This is false. The attached URL only talks about a $500,000 dollar fine for the school if fans rush the field before visiting teams and officials are able to exit the field. Additionally, if visiting teams and official are able to exit the field before they rush, a fine won't be incurred.

The original source (https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Articles/2025/05/30/sec-changes-field-storming-policy/) uses the SEC as the main example. However, nowhere in the source does it state that fans will be banned for rushing the field, only the school will be fined. I couldn't find any other evidence that would point towards fans being banned for rushing the field. While you could infer that the increased fines may eventually lead to bans, there is currently no evidence of such.
