Claims should be framed as statements, such as: There is a runoff in Georgia despite Warnock winning the majority of the votes.

There is currently a runoff in Georgia because neither of the candidates were able to get the necessary majority of the votes. The democratic nominee had 49.4% of the votes and the Republican nominee had 48.5% of the votes, so there needs to be another election to decide who won.

This is a good answer to the claim. Also, it would be great to add a rating. I understand why there's none here because the claim is posed as a question in this instance.
