A few days ago, a bomb exploded in Poland killing two people. The Polish President claims that the bomb was an accident from Ukraine, and not an act of war from Russia. I found the claim in a NYT article.

There is still disagreement on this issue. NATO and Poland indicate it came from Ukraine. They are currently conducting an investigation to determine for sure.

LINK TO YOUR EVIDENCE or otherwise explain the source ("I called this person, I found it in this book, etc.")
