I have been hearing word on the street that Red Lion is relocating to a different building. I found this article talking about Red lions plans to move. It says it'll be done in 2024, but they have not announced where it will be.

The owner of Red Lion did say he wanted to move locations by 2024. The Daily Illini also wrote about this. He doesn't know when or where they will be relocating but he plans to in the future. Here is a link:

Good answer to the claim. I like that you provided an additional source besides dailyillini.com. Don't forget to give a rating too, such as:

The owner confirmed that he had intentions of moving Red Lion to another location. I found an article that explains this. Because the owner confirmed that he had intentions of relocating, this claim is likely not misinformation.

I talked to my friend who is a worker at Red Lion, and it will be relocating sometime by 2024. However, there should not be a period of time where the original bar is completely closed down and will instead stay open until the new location is finished.
