Studies show that small interactions with dogs allow us to release oxytocin (the cuddle chemical). This increases relaxation, trust, and empathy while reducing anxiety!

I wholeheartedly agree! I think having a pet in general raises your serotonin. I personally can vouch that dogs are amazing and they make life a lot better! I have had 3 dogs over the course of my life and each was a best friend and still is now and I was very happy during my time with them

I agree with this statement 100% I believe having a dog is good for our mental health.
Playing with your pet increases the levels of the feel-good chemicals serotonin and dopamine in your brain. Everyone should get a dog, I love mine!

I agree with your point that dogs make us happy because, mentally and physically, they provide us with support. According to psychology today, when being around pets, we feel loved, and it alleviates our mood.
