There is no proof of Raphael Warnock abusing his ex-wife or carrying out evictions directed toward lower-class families.
The allegation suggesting Warnock abused his ex-wife (Ouleye Ndoye) is nothing more than an allegation. In a 2014 altercation with Warnock, Ndoye filed a police report claiming Warnock ran over her foot with his vehicle. According to PolitiFact and the Atlanta Police Department, when officers arrived, “Ndoye was reluctant to show her foot to an officer, who wrote in a report: ‘I did not see any signs that Ms.Ouleye’s foot was ran over.’” The PolitiFact article also states that when medical personnel arrived, they were ‘not able to locate any swelling, redness, or bruising or broken bones on Ms.Ouleye’s left foot.’” The article does state, however, that when the Atlanta Police Department went to deliver paperwork to Warnock, at one point, Warnock ignored officers and proceeded to drive off without the documentation. Regardless, at this time, there is no evidence proving Warnock abused Ndoye at any point in their relationship.
In regards to the allegation of Warnock “evicting poor people from their homes”, this is also only an allegation. According to WRDW News, Maceo Fletcher, a resident in the building next to the Columbia Tower where Warnock allegedly evicted individuals, claims the individuals in the advertisement (who were allegedly evicted) “did not look familiar”. The article also states that although eviction notices have been sent out to residents who have missed payments on several occasions, no evictions have been carried out at Columbia Residential which was backed by a Columbia Residential representative. “Atlanta News First spoke with a representative from Columbia Residential who said the company has not evicted anyone since 2020. Of the 12 notices/filings referenced, only two resulted in full evictions. Those were due to the tenants passing away.”
Overall, there is no evidence proving Warnock abused his ex-wife or that he evicted any lower-class individuals from their homes. It is essential to note that the videos accusing Warnock were created for use in a campaign for Herschel Walker, his Republican political opponent.
