"The space station has been continuously occupied since November 2000. An international crew of seven people live and work while traveling at a speed of five miles per second, orbiting Earth about every 90 minutes. Sometimes more are aboard the station during a crew handover."

The International Space Station has humans on it. There have always had humans on it since 2000.

"During the Space Shuttle Program, the International Space Station had a total of 13 people aboard three different times, when a shuttle launched with seven astronauts aboard and docked with the space station with six crew aboard for a long duration mission: STS-127 in July 2009, STS-128 in August 2009, and most recently STS-131 in April 2012. That’s the largest number of crew members at one time living on station, which is about the size of a five-bedroom home."

National Geographic talks about this in an article. They state that, "On Halloween in the year 2000, a Russian Soyuz rocket launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan and flew into the history books, carrying one U.S. astronaut and two Russian cosmonauts to the nascent International Space Station (ISS). The crew arrived two days later, and the space station has been continuously occupied by humans ever since, a 20-year streak of living and working in low-Earth orbit." People have been on the ISS for over 20 years, and there has been no evidence against it.

Good work explaining why the claim is false. Don't forget to add a source hyperlink next time.

When diving deeper into this claim I came across Nasa's Facts and Figures list. There I saw the information stating, "The space station has been continuously occupied since November 2000. An international crew of seven people live and work while traveling at a speed of five miles per second, orbiting Earth about every 90 minutes. Sometimes more are aboard the station during a crew handover." With this in mind, there are people on the International Space Station. Along with this, there is not much on the original author of the Instagram post, daywalkerbear; however, many of his other Instagram posts are many other conspiracies.
