This article claims that Tuberville said that Newsmax was targeted to silence conservatives.

Of course it is true that Tuberville said this, but is Tuberville's claim true? If so, who is targeting them, DirectTV & AT&T? And does the truth of his statement imply they are only targeting conservatives ?

It is true that Tuberville claimed that Newsmax was targeted to silence conservatives. However, there is no evidence to suggest that DirectTV & AT&T, who recently dropped Newsmax from their channels, did so with the intention of silencing conservatives. DirectTV & AT&T have stated that they made the decision based on low ratings and the need to make room for other channels.

Tuberville's claim is not supported by evidence and should be viewed with skepticism. The decision by DirectTV & AT&T to drop Newsmax does not necessarily imply a deliberate effort to target conservatives, as other news outlets have faced similar decisions.
