This article seems to say that Biden is intentionally trying to make suburban neighborhoods worse with new regulations, because the new regulations promote equity for people of color and underserved populations. Will this may neighborhoods worse?

Much of the actual information about the HUD's plan listed in this article is accurate. This includes, according to the HUD, plans to build low-income housing in places receiving HUD funding and addressing the inequality of school districts. However, the news source spins this to say that this is in an attempt to destroy white communities, instead of lifting up POC communities.

Good work finding the source of the strategic plan and reviewing it fact-check the claim.

exaggerated missinformation.

Biden is not overtly attempting to deteriorate suburban areas. He is merely attempting to construct affordable housing in affluent regions. The idea is to attract more people of color into good neighborhoods that were previously out of reach for them.

Very thorough explanation. The only suggestion I have is to try to seek out stronger sources than the NY Post, which often sensationalizes news or misinforms.
