Are there any leaked tapes that could lead to their innocence? Has it been proven that Andrew and his brother were falsely accused of rape, human trafficking, and money laundering?

This statement is incorrect. According to a Reuter's article, "The wiretapped calls were made between Jan. 28 and Jan. 31, according to prosecutors, about a month after Tate, 36, was detained with his 34-year-old brother Tristan on suspicion of rape, human trafficking and forming an organized crime group." To clarify, there are wiretapped calls of the Tate brothers. However, the content of these tapes has NOT been released to the public and is currently being used as evidence in the court. Moreover, as indicated by the prosecutors, they presented the evidence. Hence, it is not clear, but it suggests that this wiretap video incriminates the brothers and does not support their reason to be acquitted.

The images from this tweet are the pieces of evidence provided in the article you linked. The photos show conversations involving alleged victims of the Tate brothers. The claim is that the conversations serve as proof that two girls in particular planned to "frame" the Tate brothers.

If you look at the images, you will notice they are watermarked with the logo of Spynews, a Romanian media outlet which happens to be the source of these images. Spynews describes itself as as "one of the most important 'news & celebrities' websites in Romania."1

After using Google Translate and reading the source article (you can read it for yourself to be sure), I found no credited source for the images. The article only says, "In several wiretaps."2 From the images, the conversation seems to be happening on WhatsApp. Whether these chat logs are real or not cannot be proved without an official confirmation from the WhatsApp company or another authoritative figure with real evidence (such as a court of law). Because the only source of these images is a celebrity tabloid that does not list a reputable/vetted source, the veracity of the images cannot be proven with a high degree of certainty. Since the claim is that the images prove the Tate brothers were framed, I have to rate this claim as false.

RATING: False

In addition, the images in question have the chat logs heavily cut up, omitting possible context that could lead to a different conclusion. Message time stamps are even out of order. It makes it look like an attempt to prove Tate's innocence, but this is a matter of opinion, of course. Also, from my perspective, the chat itself doesn't even seem to prove the girls were framing Tate. Yes, the girls talked about planning to look and act as victims, but one girl even says "i mean we are" in response to being told to play the victim. Why would the girl actually label herself as a victim in a PRIVATE chat if she weren't? Lastly, here is a tweet claiming to have the specific chat logs in full, providing more context against the framing. While these logs can't be confirmed either, they are consistent with the cut up chat logs and may serve as extra food for thought. In the end, if you're still interested in the outcome of the Tate brothers, to avoid misinformation, I would just wait until the results of the court case come out.

The article "Wiretap leaks reveal how Andrew Tate was allegedly framed by his victims, twitterati trend #FreeTopG" by Liam Fresen suggests that there may be evidence of wiretaps proving that the Tate brothers were framed. The article claims that leaked wiretap recordings suggest that the brothers were set up by their accusers and that they are innocent of the charges against them. However, it is important to note that the veracity of these recordings has not been confirmed, and there may be conflicting evidence or explanations for the events described in the wiretaps. Ultimately, the legal system will need to evaluate all the available evidence before making a determination of guilt or innocence.
