Unless directly confirmed we can only speculate that they are getting a divorce. When searching this claim up, many articles pop up saying fans are speculating and there are rumors of a possible divorce. Although no source has confirmed that this is the case between the couple.

Additionally, almost every year there has been rumors that couple is divorcing, but no confirmation has ever been made, just like in this case

This website clearly shows us that there is no official comment from either Justin, Hailey Bieber or Selena Gomez (rumors of a fight between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez are also afloat, but both have denied having any animosity for the other).

It is well known that Justin Bieber and his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez have a strong fan base due to their approximate eight-year-long relationship. So when he married, now wife, Hailey Baldwin, it is to be assumed that fans of Bieber and Gomez would not necessarily be pleased, as they have been following the relationship between Bieber and Gomez for some time now, and have come to view it as the ideal relationship. Fans have expressed overtime that they favor Bieber and Gomez always instead of his wife Baldwin, viewing Bieber and Gomez to be the ultimate couple and viewing Baldwin as 'the other girl'. 

Recently social media tension occurred between Hailey and Gomez as it has been declared/interpreted by fans that "Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber had mistreated Selena" on social media through shady posts. The most recent report as a result is speculation that the Biebers are experiencing marital issues. Many fans question Justin's view on what has happened recently and how he is handling the situation, which has led to fans hyper-fixating and hyper-analyzing the relationship of Hailey and Justin and heavily comparing the marriage to Justin and Selena's quote-on-quote 'visually perfect' relationship of the past, and ultimately dragging Hailey as a result. While it was addressed how "Selena and Hailey have both discussed how these allegations affect their mental health in public. Fans haven’t stopped, despite it." (Junior). 

From my perspective, as someone who has been quite intrigued by this drama as I did grow up during the time of Justin and Selena's relationship - I find that the fans of this couple are extremely devoted and determined to have Justin and Selena love story continue, despite the fact Justin is married and he has been separated from Selena for some time now. Information and speculations through old footage have been blowing up my TikTok page, as people are now analyzing old footage of Hailey, Justin, and Selena, especially Hailey and Justin's relationship, and ultimately tearing it to shreds and stirring more speculations due to what is seen in these videos and interviews. Claims that Hailey and Justin were pushed into marriage by Hailey's family have been recently one that has been circulating my TikTok. Due to the fans' intention to not drop the hope for Justin and Selena to reunite as a couple in the future, they will not stop defending their relationship, unfortunately leaving Hailey in an unfortunate situation as fans' will never allow anyone to come close to comparing to Selena for Justin to be with. Therefore, while this fact-check claim can not be proven true or false that Justin and Hailey are heading towards divorce because the public has yet to hear directly from the couple, or a reliable source - there is no available information to prove this claim true or false at this time. Yet while considering all the news reports and articles, such as the one I cite for this claim - it can be seen and noted that the large fanbase is fueling this feud in the ultimate hope to see Justin and Selena together again after the smoke clears.

I have to admit this is one hell of a fact check but this is all riding on the one fact that "Lee Daily" is a valid and reputable source, which upon some closer inspection I'm not sure if it is.

This is false. Unfortunately, a lot of Selena Gomez fans are hung up on her and Justin's split and have bullied Hailey online ever since. There are a lot of nasty rumors about Hailey and Justin's relationship just because people think Hailey was the "other woman" when Justin and Selena split. 

Justin's birthday was March 1st. Hailey made a post for him that stated, “words couldn’t possibly sum up all that you embody.” She also called him her "best friend". There were a bunch of trolls suggesting they divorce due to the recent drama with Kylie Jenner and Selena Gomez. They seem to be very content and happy based on their relationship from social media.

There are many comments about divorce on their Instagrams, but that doesn't mean that they are getting a divorce. These are just hate comments because they are mad about the Selena situation. For example:

"Justin, you can do better without Hailey. Divorce her."

"He doesn't love you. You both should just get divorced."

Hailey and Justin are not getting a divorce. From my research, this is just a rumor speculated by fans especially after all of the drama between Hailey and Selena. A comment on Haileys Instagram post for Justin reads, "@justinbieber sometimes divorce is a wonderful thing," one person bluntly commented, while another said, "He looks like he’s being held hostage'' This was a comment made by a fan, and the rest of the comment section is filled with similar ones but neither justin or hailey have confirmed a split at this time.

This is pure speculation. While it might ultimately end up being true as of right now there is absolutely no proof that Justin and Hailey Bieber are getting a divorce. With all of the recent drama it is hard to differentiate between facts and exaggerations. 

We have seen how truly involved our generation is in celebrity's lives. I think Harry Styles and Taylor Swift and the sheer amount of fanbase each of them has is a tribute to this. Especially now we can see the divide even more with all of the Selena and Hailey drama that is based on something that happened YEARS ago. 

In fact, no one can say for sure how the couple, Hailey and Justin that is, are doing. Neither of them has commented on the entire scandal. Hailey went dark for a few days on Instagram only to return to post about Justin's birthday. But neither one of them has commented and neither has Selena.

While it is fun to speculate and watch the drama unfold. No one knows the true state of the Bieber's relationship other than them.

The fans are of Selena Gomez and are saying these things because they want them to divorce. They don't have actual evidence. The article also never said anything about them actually getting a divorce. It's just speculation. Hailey posted an Instagram post for JB's birthday and said "Happy Birthday to you best friend!"

A divorce has not been confirmed by Hailey or Justin. Their social media platforms do not show any evidence or statements about a divorce. Although it is difficult to find a credible source outside of the celebrities themselves, who are not reacting directly about the divorce rumors, most if not all websites that you come across say that they are rumors. If you look up blogs, magazines, or go to the comments sections of Hailey or Justin's accounts, they all indicate that it is mostly fans who favor Selena and Justin or people who are nots fans of Hailey that are sparking rumors without evidence. Rumors are also arising because of a supposed drama between Hailey and Selena. However, that was never too direct either and fans seem to be overanalyzing. Aside from these rumors, Hailey, Justin, and Selena seem to be living their own lives without interacting with such rumors and comments. That is at least how it appears with what they present online on their official accounts.
