All over my for you page on TikTok have been people reacting to the news that Donald Trump supposedly is making a song with other defendants. Apparently, the song is called "Justice for All," and other participants recorded their parts in jail. This whole thing seems false and its hard for me to believe.

After looking at a couple of sources, this claim seems to be true. The track will be titled "Justice for All" and was released this last Thursday at midnight on streaming services, according to Forbes.

"The track interpolates Trump reciting the Pledge of Allegiance into the Star Spangled Banner, which is performed by a group of about 20 inmates, called the J6 Prison Choir... Trump recorded the Pledge of Allegiance at Mar-a-Lago, a couple of weeks ago specifically for this track." Forbes said. The profits of the songs are set to be given to families of people imprisoned for their roles in the January 6th capitol riots.

According to Vanity Fair, "The recipients will be vetted to ensure that money does not go towards the relatives of someone who assaulted a police officer."

Multiple claims have been made saying that Trump is collaborating to make this new song. Different sites have posted about it, and even the Washington Post has recently written about it. Many right-side members of Congress have been demanding better treatment for inmates according to the Washington Post. Trump even said, "I am financially supporting people that are incredible and they were in my office actually two days ago, so they’re very much in my mind." In the youtube video, Trump is named as well. This makes the claim that he is collaborating true.

This claim can be proven true through the findings of this article:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/mar/03/donald-trump-song-charity-single-january-6-prisoners

The article states that, "Donald Trump has released a charity single, recorded with a choir of men held in a Washington DC prison for their parts in the deadly January 6 insurrection he incited." This proves that the song is indeed real and he did collaborate with people in jail. Furthermore, the article also states that the song is called "Justice for All" which proves the claims on tiktok to be true.  The song is currently streaming on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and Youtube.

Overall, this claim can also be proven true by multiple other news articles such as CNN and Vanity Fair.
