Independent News is claiming that Ivanka Trump has thrown her borthers and fathers under the bus in New York fraud case. Independent claims that Ivanka "says she was not involved in preparing fraudulent financial statements that form the core of the $250m fraud suit against her father’s company".

As I understand it, this is true, but a bigger issue remains unsolved.

The Trump organization is currently being sued by the New York Attorney General for "over 200 false and misleading valuations from 2011 to 2021"--meaning that the Trump organization lied about their income to the state of New York. As members of the Trump Organization, the former president, along with his children, are all being evaluated for their role in the possible fraud that took place.

We don't know yet if Ivanka (or Don Jr. or Eric, for that matter) knew of the fraud that was taking place. It's safe to assume so, as they are high-ranking officers, but it hasn't been proven in a court of law...yet. In the article you're questioning, Ivanka was the first defendant to propose that the trial be pushed back; a delay tactic. This assumes that Ivanka is innocent and not complicit in what she's being sued for, thus throwing her siblings "under the bus," implying their guilt. The former president did likewise--I guess throwing his children "under the bus" as well.

Whether anyone actually is guilty is yet to be seen.

Based on the Independent, Ivanka threw them under the bus, but other reporting says her actions towards the case "imply" she isn't involved. I don't know if throwing her "brothers and father under a bus" could be factually accurate as it is more of a sensationalized news angle to me. Also, what other options did Ivanka have instead of delaying the lawsuit? How does that alone indicate she's thrown her family under a bus?
