She has denied it, but she did admit to knowing him personally which makes the media skeptical.

I have not seen any articles about Naomi Campbell visiting Epstein Island. In almost every piece, she has denied being involved with him. Many sources stated she admitted to knowing him personally, but she also claims that she meets many people and takes pictures with them, so this should not be a judgment of her character. According to her interview with The Guardian, she has stated "I will not be held hostage to my past." in response to allegations regarding Harvey Weinstein and Jeffery Epstein. I think this could mean that even if she knew them well, she does not intend to continue to let them be part of her life.

Good work finding a non-tabloid source for your fact-check.

Great fact-check! You did a great job at finding a source that was not biased. It is important to note that many people who work in the modeling industry take advantage of the models. People like Weinstein and Epstein ran in circles of people who worked in these types of industries so she should not be held responsible for taking pictures with these kinds of people. Especially when there is no evidence that she interacted with these people outside of these settings in the first place.

There are no articles online detailing whether Naomi Campbell has visited Epstein island. You are correct however that multiple sources have discussed the two knowing each other and Campbell herself has even talked about knowing Epstein. She says that she first met Epstein at a party in 2001. While they have met before, it is unclear whether she has visited Epstein island and we cannot assume she has just by them meeting in the past.

There haven't been full details as to whether or not Naomi Campbell has been on Epstein's Island. Although there's a list of people that have visited Epstein's island, as it still has not been released to the public yet there can't be any confirmation that has been the case. SO this theory is not based on fact but rather speculation. But there's a lot of evidence in which that may be the case in the article below, its just none of it has been confirmed.

There are no articles stating that Naomi Campbell has visited the island however there are instances of her admitting to knowing him as well as Maxwell. Media reports that "The English model is seen in multiple 2002 photos with Maxwell, and was named by Giuffre, one of Epstein’s accusers." It is not clear whether she had physically gone to the island or just knows Epstein.
