what are the point of these posts? all this account does is post descriptions of Dilon Technologies products, and there's never really a claim being made. the account is literally named dilon_technologies...

@dilon_technologies what is the claim? It's unclear. Claims are usually single statements that are very specific and clear, like "The sun is blue."

The video shown within the equipment's website displaying the process of cleaning which is: drying prior to sterilization, make sure cap is fully tightened, place probe(s) and/ coiled cord in tray, follow manufacture IFU instructions for enzymatic cleaner with sterilization system of choice.

Your claim is true in a sense but lacks depth and clarity of the instructions to properly sanitize the probe.
