This is True. 

According to Stuff (Leader of small Caribbean nation says having King Charles as head of state 'an absurdity' | Stuff.co.nz), the Prime Minister of St Vincent and Grenadines Ralph Everard Gonsalves, relayed to the BBC that King Charles as head of state is "an absurdity."

It is to be noted that Gonsalves wants the end of the British Monarch as the head of his country to come to an end during his lifetime.

Though the Prime Minister of St Vincent did not call out King Charles III by name, this quote was said, and due to the context of this quote, it can be deduced that he was talking about the current king. The article states "The Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines has said having a British monarch as head of state is 'an absurdity' he would like to end in his lifetime." The context behind this quote is the fact that PM St Vincent was discussing transitioning to a republic instead of a monarchy.
