As far as the government's official recording are concerned, your claim appears to be true. 

Furthermore, a video linked to it on YouTube within an article by Upward (Election Fraud in Fulton County, Georgia (upward.news)) appears to forward the user to a video that is not available.

As far as the information provided at this moment, there seems to be no official response to the current access state of the archives at this moment. So, it can't be confidently stated yet that these videos were removed with intent.
