This is true! According to Reuters as well, climate change and related innovation surrounding it is going to restructure the economy. The article states:

John Kerry spoke at the World Economic Forum that there will be a lot of economic consequences in the future because of climate change. 

“I’m convinced we will get to a low-carbon, no-carbon economy — we’re going to get there because we have to,” he said.
