All of this is true. On December 18th 2023 Ruby Frank plead guilty to four counts of child abuse with her friend and co host of her podcast Jodi Hildebrandt. When she said she would testify against her two counts were dropped. The judge spoke how the neighbors saw her child in bad condition after he crawled out of a window to get help. This is true. Ruby Frank was admitted to four counts of child abuse on December 27th, 2023. Ruby and Jody were part of a mega church, and Jody was an accomplice in this crime. Her kids were regularly denied food and water, and one of the sons escaped to a neighbor's house, where he was found malnourished and bleeding from his ankles. Then the neighbors called the cops, and Ruby and Jody were arrested.
