I clicked on a link to a TikTok that was very informative and listed what the contents were and each chemical that were in a variety of drinks. To which the video then informed the viewer of healthy alternatives that have the same effect as energy drinks. This resource had no bias. It was strictly stating the facts of the contents. Energy drinks are prone to causing damage to your body. Caffeine has both beneficial aspects and negative aspects that are important to be aware of. In conclusion, this claim is true.
