In addition, Disney has their alcohol policy published on their website. "Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the Disneyland Resort by Guests 21 years of age or older. The documents required to verify age vary for United States residents and non-United States residents." It's clear that Disney still abides by the legal drinking age of 21; the theme park has no exemption from following federal law.

This claim is definitely false. All of the articles that were discussing this claim used the same Tik Tok as their main source. The further I looked the more misleading the information was. I clicked on the original Tik Tok and looked into the account that published the video. Their bio read "Real Disney News That is 100% FAKE." The account "Mouse Trap News"  has hundreds of other videos are gaining traction because of the drinking age Tik Tok's popularity. This content is 100% false.

TikTock suggests that Disney Land eliminating the drinking age in thier parks. This is not a fact becuse it is from tick tock not a reliable source.This has been debunked and is a rumor. Disney World allow guests to walk around the park but they're not allowed to leave the park with alcohol.

Because anybody can establish an account on TikTok and upload anything they want, it is not a trustworthy news source. It is improbable that Disney, a family-oriented firm that caters to kids, will raise the drinking age at Disney World. It also defies logic that they would have the legal power to alter it, as 21 is the legal drinking age. Disney has conducted more studies and continues supporting the legal drinking age, which is explicit on PlanDisney. The article below proves that it is false news.

This claim is false. Most of the Disneyland Parks are set in the USA which first of all wouldn't work with the country's own drinking age. The site that posted it is also known for posting satirical content and has also been proven false by other big Disney websites.
