The claim that Disney World is removing the drinking age in parks is false. This original claim was made on a TikTok post by Mouse Trap News. By clicking on Mouse Trap New's profile, their bio says "Real Disney News That is 100% FAKE". From this, we know that their content is satire and should not be taken seriously. In addition, Disney has their alcohol policy published on their website. "Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the Disneyland Resort by Guests 21 years of age or older. The documents required to verify age vary for United States residents and non-United States residents." It's clear that Disney still abides by the legal drinking age of 21; the theme park has no exemption from following federal law.

This claim is false. The claim comes from Mouse Trap News which is a site that posts satire videos and is not a real news site. On their website, they claim that every story they post is fake.

Plan Disney, Disney's direct source for resort vacation planning. They affirmed that the legal drinking age is still 21 including at the resort in the United States.

There is no substantial evidence to support this claim, as the account on TikTok is not reputable. Mouse Trap News was s debunked as a fake news website by Pensacola Journal, and there is no correlating evidence on the Disney World Website about the dismissal of the drinking age.

This claim is false. After going on the official website and finding their drinking policy (it's 21), there is no information about Disney World removing their drinking limit. Anything information that comes from TikTok needs to be fact-checked in my opinion.

This claim is false. This was posted on TikTok by Mouse Trap News, which is not a reputable source. Originally, this claim was posted in an article by Mouse Trap News as well before being posted as a TikTok. Once again, this source is not reputable and the author is not well-known or listed. There is no evidence backing up this claim, and Disney themselves has not released a statement about removing the drinking age in their parks. If Disney were to remove the drinking age, they would be violating a variety of policies and drinking laws. According to Disney's alcohol policy, they abide by the legal drinking age of 21.

This claim is definitely false. All of the articles that were discussing this claim used the same Tik Tok as their main source. The further I looked the more misleading the information was. I clicked on the original Tik Tok and looked into the account that published the video. Their bio read "Real Disney News That is 100% FAKE." The account "Mouse Trap News"  has hundreds of other videos are gaining traction because of the drinking age Tik Tok's popularity. This content is 100% false.

TikTock suggests that Disney Land eliminating the drinking age in thier parks. This is not a fact becuse it is from tick tock not a reliable source. This has been debunked and is a rumor. Disney World allow guests to walk around the park but they're not allowed to leave the park with alcohol.

This assertion is untrue. TikTok provided the data that was received and connected to. Because anybody can establish an account on TikTok and upload anything they want, it is not a trustworthy news source. It is improbable that Disney, a family-oriented firm that caters to kids, will raise the drinking age at Disney World. It also defies logic that they would have the legal power to alter it, as 21 is the legal drinking age. Disney has conducted more studies and continues supporting the legal drinking age, which is explicit on PlanDisney. The article below proves that it is false news.

This claim is false. Most of the Disneyland Parks are set in the USA which first of all wouldn't work with the country's own drinking age. The site that posted it is also known for posting satirical content and has also been proven false by other big Disney websites.

What sources did you use besides the claim's source? Thanks!

The claim that Disney World is removing the drinking age in parks is false. The source of this claim is a TikTok account with the handle “mousetrapnews.” When viewing this page, the source states, “Real Disney News That is 100% FAKE.” This immediately lets viewers know that the information on this page is likely false and uncredible. Additionally, when doing a websearch on this claim, there are no articles that have been published that share this statement. Instead, fact-checks that have debunked this claim are the first headlines we see when doing this websearch. Snopes performed a fact-check on the same TikTok video from this claim, claiming that it is false and was published for satire purposes.
