This claim suggests that the royal family is facing a public scandal due to a photoshopped picture of Kate Middleton and her three children that was posted and then removed from social media. According to Cosmopolitan, fans speculated that Kate's face was digitally inserted into the picture but a professor of computer sciences at Berkeley concluded that she was not. This claim itself true, as there is not necessarily an argument being made besides just stating that there is a controversy, in which there was. However, the sources are mostly all from opinion-based news sites, so I guess it could be classified as exaggerated as well.
