This will be problematic as America continues to be polarized and not seemingly fond of either canditate.

Yes, correct, if we continue to be divided without candidates that both have secured prominent delegates to become respective nominees. Based on this article from AP news we could see both Donald Trump and Joe Biden representing their parties!!

This is true, both Joe Biden and Donald Trump have announced their candidacies for the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

Joe Biden officially launched his re-election campaign on April 25, 2023. At 80 years old, Biden is the oldest sitting president and would be 86 at the end of a potential second term. His campaign focuses on continuing the legislative achievements of his first term and defending democratic freedoms against what he describes as threats from "MAGA extremists" https://ballotpedia.org/Joe_Biden_presidential_campaign,_2024

This article is correct, and at the moment, very factual. According to many other factual news articles including the NYT and CNN, Joe Biden and Donald Trump will be leading the Democratic and Republican Party for the 2024 presidential election. Both Trump and Biden have earned enough delegates to win their parties presidential nominations. With Biden at 3,525 delegates, and Trump at 2,120 delegates. This article linked below by CNN, also backs up the claims made in this article from PBS.
