This claim is false. There is no evidence to support that non-citizens in Wisconsin are voting in significant numbers. The Elections Commission said that non-citizens are at risk of being arrested, jailed, and deported if they vote illegally.

This is false. While you can get a free ID for voting purposes, you must provide proof of U.S. citizenship. You also need to provide your social security, proof of identity, and Wisconsin residency.

This claim is false. When you look at the person who made this claim, they describe themselves as a “Conspiracy Theorist”, so this may be a theory backed with no evidence, and I researched more. I found that a valid Wisconsin driver's license or state photo ID is required to vote and noncitizens cannot use their IDs or licenses to register or vote.
