This is misinformation it is not factual none of this ever happened. Disney never attempted to buy Jeffery Epstein. The source on the USA Today fact check resource said it was false this was a clear attempt at propaganda.

This is false; it's satire taken out of context. A USA Today article from the 12th details that this claim started as a Facebook post, and was satire. Yahoo also debunks this claim, saying that despite it gaining attention on TikTok and X as well, it's not based in fact. It came from Mouse Trap News, and is a great example of social media getting out of hand.

This website as a whole is intended to spread false information. When you look at what other articles are published, such as "Scientists Confirm Mickey Mouse Isn't Real," shows that this website is meant to troll. There is also a USA Today article that confirms that Disney buying Epstein Island is false information.

This claim is false Based off of Disney’s whole brand and need to keep a clean and family friendly reputation. Epstein’s Island is the last place Disney would build a theme park for family’s and children.

Disney made no purchase or bid to buy Jeffrey Epstein's islands. Much less any claims that they will be purchasing them for a theme park. The Islands were purchased in May 2023 by billionaire Stephon Deckoff, who plans to build "a world-class destination" on the islands. If you read the article that claims this you can see there is no official sources, the "executives" and "top real estate appraisers" have no attributions at all and there is no proof at all that these are real quotes.

Likely Misinformation.

Disney has not bought Jeffrey Epstein's island. MSN wrote an article that the islands have not been bought by Disney and that the islands are owned by a financier who is going to build a resort. They talk about how the link above form mouse trap news is not a reliable news source. They back it up by saying that Disney does in fact own an island but not these islands.

This article is false. When reporting on an event, especially one as big as this one, make sure to thoroughly research it and make sure multiple sources are reporting the same information. I cannot find any information on this topic outside of this article. Along with this, multiple fact checkers on other websites say this story is not true.

The website that this article is published on is a satire website. Their website states "Mouse Trap News is the world's best satire and parody site. We write fake stories about Disney Parks stuff. From Disney Park announcements to Disney Hotel and resort news to made-up Disney partnerships, you can be assured that anything you read here is not true, real, or accurate, but it is fun. So technically our slogan The Moused Trusted Name in Disney News isn't true, but we thought it was creative and funny, so we are running with it." This is a fake article from a satire website.

This is not true. This article was written with disinformation and made from social media sources. The blog "MouseTrapNews" has been fact-checked numerous times for spreading misleading or wrong news. I found an article from Matt Novak on Yahoo News that debunks the news and goes to show that it was just a rumor on TikTok and X.

This is a false claim.  The link draws back to MouseTrapNews which is not a credible source.  If it was a government website then it would be a credible source, but doing more research it comes from X which can be uploaded by anyone.  https://twitter.com/mousetrapnews/status/1778058874400002470

This is false. The website "Mouse Trap News" where this claim was posted, is a satirical website. According to the website, "Mouse Trap News is the world’s best satire and parody site. We write fake stories about Disney Parks stuff." There is no evidence at all that Disney has bought Jeffrey Epstein's island to build a theme park.
