Although this statement is true, Austin has not been charged with anything yet. He has been accused and processed for being involved in a hit and run involving a 46-year-old man, but he is not facing felony charges yet. He will be in court on May 22 to enter a plea, but until then, he has certain rules he must follow to adhere by the court's mandates.

I would say that this is likely True information.

Austin was arrested recently. Many online sources such as: USA Today, ABC, and even ESPN support this claim with an article.

“Daylen Austin crashed his car which killed a 46 year old man at around 9:10 p.m.” said ESPN staff writer, Kyle Bonagura.

The case remains open as Austin decided to run from this scene. “this investigation is complex, and that we are still waiting on the district attorneys for a final decision.” Said the police.

The clarity of Daylen’s future is a bit foggy. There is no question that this unfortunate information is very true.
