It can be proven true that West is being sued by one of his former employees for, "labor-code violations and infliction of emotional distress." The LA Times also corroborates that the unknown employee was asked to trail the Kardashian family. It is unknown if these allegations are true but the accusations may be as, "Last year, Ye was sued for alleged workplace abuses by two former teachers at his Donda Academy." This article reads to be a true account of West's former employee's lawsuit however it is unknown if the claims the former employee is making are true.

The claim that Kayne West is being sued by one of his former employees can be proven as truthful due to the fact that this article is backed up by various articles, one of which being NBC Los Angeles. After being hired to investigate ""the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises,"" the anonymous employee soon became distressed after being threatened by the rapper. It is said that the former employee is claiming that he received voice messages from the rapper saying that he said, ""You’re f--king dead to me!" and also played a, "recording of scary voices that were threatening to harm" him."". All this evidence that is being provided can show that the claims of Kanye being sued or true, however no one truly knows if this unidentified source is telling the truth or not.
